چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش تعیین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی، وزن‌دهی شاخص‌ها و بررسی رابطه همبستگی بین شاخص‌ها در خطوط مونتاژ تیغ یک‌بارمصرف و خلال دندان در شرکت شهاب باران پردیس فلک می‏باشد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق از نوع تحلیلی و همبستگی است. در مرحله اول این تحقیق جلسات تخصصی با مدیران سازمان درخصوص شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد برگزار و ابتدا تعداد 17 شاخص مرتبط به ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان پیشنهاد گردید، در گام بعدی شاخص‌های پیشنهادی با خبرگان مطرح و برخی از آن‌ها در همدیگر ادغام گردید و درنهایت تعداد شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد به 12 مورد کاهش پیدا کرد. در مرحله بعد با مقایسات دوبه‌دوی شاخص‌ها توسط 10 نفر از خبرگان وزن‏ هرکدام از آن‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی تعدیل یافته تعیین گردید. در مراحل بعدی ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان خط تولید با استفاده از شاخص‌های وزن داده شده، در طول سه ماه کاری توسط مدیر تولید انجام شد و درنهایت همبستگی بین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی موردمطالعه قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین برخی شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد رابطه مثبت معنادار و بین برخی دیگر از آن‌ها رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال وزن‌دهی به شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد با یک روش علمی و مبتنی بر نظر ارزیابی‌کنندگان است و به دنبال تعیین رابطه بین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد است.

Determining the weight of performance evaluation indicators using modified AHP and investigating the correlation between indicators (case study: Shahab Baran Pardis Falak Company)

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the indicators for evaluating the performance of human resources, weighting the indicators and investigating the correlation between the indicators in the assembly lines of disposable razors and toothpicks in Shahab Baran Pardis Falak Company.
Methodology:  This research is analytical and correlational. In the first stage of this research, specialized meetings were held with the managers of the organization in order to determine performance evaluation indicators, and first, 17 indicators related to employee performance evaluation were proposed, in the next step, the suggested indicators were discussed with experts and some of them were integrated with each other, and finally, the number of indicators Performance evaluations were reduced to 12 items. In the next step, with Pairwise comparisons of Indicators by 10 experts, the weight of each of them was determined by using the modified analytic hierarchy process. In the next stages, the performance of the production line employees was evaluated by the production manager during three working months using the weighted indicators, and finally, the correlation between the performance evaluation indicators of the human force was studied.
Findings: The research results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between some performance evaluation indicators and a significant negative relationship between some of them.
Originality/Value: The current research seeks to weight performance evaluation indicators with a scientific method based on the opinion of evaluators and seeks to determine the relationship between performance evaluation indicators.
